Please joint the Albuquerque People’s Climate Mobilization: “Standing Rock, Chaco & Our Backyard", in solidarity with Native Cultures.
Donald Trump is a threat to the future of our planet, the safety of our communities, and the health of our families.
The new administration has attacked the hard-won protections of our climate, health, and communities, and the rights of people of color, workers, indigenous people, immigrants, women, LGBTQIA, young people, and more.
We've fought back with a wave of protests larger than at almost any other point in history — let's make sure that we mark the 100th day of his presidency with another mass action that stands up for our communities.
Join us on April 29th at Washington Middle School Park in Albuquerque. We'll meet at 10:30am, where you can sign a climate ribbon (with what you stand to lose from climate change), hear from a few great Native American speakers and then head out for a march, ending near El Chante - Casa Cultural (804 Park Ave SW) where we'll join the Pueblo Action Alliance's Healing Circle Event.
Signs: We'll have some signs, or you can bring your own, ideally supporting the themes of climate, jobs and justice and/or Standing Rock, Chaco & Our Backyard.
Join us April 29th to rally and march to save the climate!
