Yoga for People of Color Sangha is a group dedicated to organizing intentional gathering spaces for self-identified people of color and indigenous peoples to practice yoga and meditation. Our classes and gatherings have themes in self-care, healing, empowerment, meditation, prayer, movement, breath, critical race studies, settler colonialism, yoga and diverse philosophies, social justice, intersectional feminism, and community.
